"The Sentience Collective Experience" was a success
Saturday Sept. 20th at the Creative Salon in Rochester MN, was seen an evening of my recent music as well as my newest album "The Sentience Collective". The difference between this and a normal release party, was that my goal is to make it the Most Chill event Rochester had ever seen! With tons of comfy seating so one could relax, ambient and DJ lighting to bring the music to life, and a constant visualizer and slideshow of my work. It was more than just a listening party, it was "An Experience". Live art allowed many attendees to join "The Sentience Collective" art and also a wall to write on and voice your opinion. Even some retro gaming was seen for those who wanted to move around!
The event was a success. For only 2 weeks of planning, a small group of people (including Mark Adams, Becca DeBoer, Madi Culp, Lindsey Hobbs, Jeff Jurewics, Sophie Knetter, Nate Langworthy, and Bobby Marinez) helped me put on what people agreed was one of the most chill and relaxing events they had experienced in the Rochester area. With over 75 attendees over the 4 hour event window, Rochester experienced a taste of a different way to spend an evening.
